Event description
Dare To Lead™ is based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. A Courage-Building program that's highly interactive. An In-Person workshop.

About this Event

Dare to Lead™ Building Brave Leaders & Courageous Cultures.

Tue 16 March 2021- 8:30am - 5:30pm

Wed 17 March 2021 - 8:30am - 5:00pm

This is an In-Person Workshop

Why Dare To Lead™ Leadership?

Dare To Lead™ cultivates brave, resilient, wholehearted leaders that are accountable, self-aware, values led and willing to show up for the hard decisions. These leaders know how to reset after falls, are willing to do the hard work, have the tough conversations and know how to harness and navigate change, creativity and innovation. The leaders standing 5 years from now will operate from a skillset of Courage, Trust, Empathy and Values and importantly know how to make work human again. This critical time in history requires a "collective courage" in a time of "collective vulnerability".

About the Dare To Lead™ program

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program of 4 skill sets that are measurable, teachable and observable, designed to be delivered by a Certified Dare To Lead™ Facilitator.
