About this event
These yoga sessions incorporates a mix of various active vinyasa yoga routines as well as some relaxing yoga stretches and pranayamas (breathing practices) to help burn your calories and achieve mindfulness.
This yoga session will do wonders for you. It will not only de-stress and relax you but also prepare you to face daily challenges with a positive mind.
The sessions are tailored to all levels of yoga practitioners.
