Description

Creating mindfulness within your daily life can seem difficult and distant. However, by simply starting the process and being aware of its positive effects on your physical and mental health, will guide you to create time and space for daily mindfulness.

We are constantly bombarded with thoughts for others and thoughts from within. We are surrounded with expectations from our loved ones, our friends and colleagues and from the endless social media distractions, which are both useful and sometimes useless. This constant ‘busyness’ that surrounds our physical world and is being fed to our minds, our internal world, at times needs quieting in order to release the unnecessary mind chatter and to filter what is important and what we can discard. If you want to explore mindfulness, then this is the place to do it!

This program introduces creative ways to experience mindfulness in all parts of your daily life. You could be eating, with friends, at work, on a bus or on a cruise and you can partake in mindfulness anywhere.

The courses are based on scientific evidence research and incorporate how to recognize our emotions, sensations and our thoughts. By gently placing yourself into a mindful state, you will allow yourself to release thoughts and feelings in order for your mind, emotions and your entire body to be in the present, now moment.

Scientific evidence explains the healing power of being mindful, the way it assists a person to make positive, intuitive decisions and to gently reduce stress, anxiety and depression.

This coaching style of mindfulness training will help you relax, clear your mind and direct you to focus on what’s important as you walk through your life.

This four-hour program is designed to immerse you in understanding mindfulness, its positive effects on your mind and body and how to apply it anywhere and at any time, as you walk through your daily life.
