Event description
Yes, we're getting the band back together! After an interesting few months, it's time to host another DAGs network meeting.

About this Event

Please join us—either online or in-person—at the next Data and Analysis Group ("The DAGs") network meeting, hosted by the Health Performance Council Secretariat.

Date and time

  • Thursday, 10 December 2020, 9:00-11:00am

Venue

Guest speakers

  • Ian Gibson, Jo Egan and Dr Peter O’Neill from Predictive Simulation Analytics on harnessing predictive simulation methods to enable delivery of better healthcare.
  • Nicholas Cugley from the HPC Secretariat on emerging findings from HPC's prisoner health project.

We have quite limited COVID-distanced seating in the Health Performance Council conference room, so please register quickly to secure your spot if you would like to attend in-person. Access to video or audio conferencing via Microsoft Teams will be more available.

The future of DAGs

After having to put things on pause throughout most of 2020, from March next year we’ll reboot DAGs. DAGs will return as its regular series of network meetings where you can once again share new projects, offer peer support, and engage in critical discussions with people interested in the application of health and wellbeing data and statistics.

About DAGs

The Data and Analysis Group (DAGs) is a knowledge network for anyone with an interest in the application of health and wellbeing data and statistics. Meetings are not formal; attendance is voluntary and ad hoc. No minutes are taken.

Please feel free to cascade this invitation email and registration link to your professional networks.
