Cycling Skills for Women Workshop

Regain your cycling confidence and learn new skills to enable you to ride safely. The workshop will cover bike skills, including successfully and competently controlling your bike through balancing, pedalling, braking. changing gears, cornering and riding with others. We will also cover basic bike maintenance (such as changing a flat tyre).
Jenny and Damien Enderby from BIKE and FITNESS will be facilitating the workshop.
