Do you want to improve your performance in track, criterium, road and BMX?

The Strength and Conditioning for Cycling Program is your gym based program consisting of 1 hr sessions run on Mondays for 8wks. Sessions will include technical instruction aimed at maximising strength and power and preventing injury on the bike. Because programs are individually tailored for abilities from novice to professional, groups will be capped at 10.

The program will also include a large education component including but not limited to such things as:

  • What are the most effective exercises to meet the demands of cycling?

  • How do I increase flexibilty and decrease injury potential?

  • Introduction to velocity based training - How much power am I producing in the gym which transfers to power on the bike?

* If you have already attended a previous program - this program will help you fine tune your strength gains made to date. We will further individualise your program to contuine your progression and see the results of your hard work!

Program details:

  • Starting on the 19th of March 2018 (5:15am - 6:30am)

  • 1 session a wk x 8wks = $240 (+$14.29 eventbrite fee) - Please note that 2nd of April is a public holiday (Easter) there will be no session on this day.

* As we have had a lot of interest in this program it will be based on a first to register basis for attendees with a waiting list in place.
