At our December business breakfast session the discussion will centre around Cyber Security.

We will have with us guest expert Damian Manuel. Damien is the Director of Deakin University's Cyber Research & Solution Centre and is the Chair of the Australian Information Security Association (AISA), a not-for profit organisation which aims to improve Cyber Security in Australia at a Government, Industry and Community level.

Damien has more than 20 years experience as an ICT business professional specialising in cyber security, business governance, compliance and risk management. He has held former roles as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Symantec Australia and New Zealand, senior information security governance manager and enterprise IT and security risk manager at National Australia Bank (NAB). He also held senior roles at RSA, Telstra and Melbourne IT and is currently on CompTIA’s Executive Advisory Committee.
