Customer Success Blueprint and Toolkit is an online webinar designed to teach venue managers, L&D professionals, and academic faculty how to bring training into their day-to-day operations. You will need to be a Typsy user, with Manager account access to participate in this session. In this 45-minute webinar, your Typsy Customer Success Expert will walk you through some key concepts and features in the system that help facilitate blended learning. The key topics to be covered include:

  • Support in integrating Typsy into daily business and classroom operations
  • Understanding how online learning can be blended with in-person training and teaching
  • Practical tips and tools for using blended learning with your members
  • Processes for driving consistency in training and learning

Your Customer Success Expert will also go over best practices and client success stories for each of these concepts. You will walk away equipped to use Typsy to the fullest, as well as having the confidence to blend online learning with Typsy into your current learning and development plan. All of your questions will be answered live and you will be given resources to explore the system further.

If you are not a Typsy member, register for a business or academic account here! Use the button at the top right-hand side to secure your place in our webinar. You’ll be sent a confirmation email with a link to your session.
