Customer Service and Loyalty Panel
Event Information
About this Event
Did you know that 80% of future profits will come from existing customers?
Brands are often focusing most of their efforts on acquiring new customers - but what about growing the value of existing customers by engaging them on the path to re-purchase?
Join our expert panel to explore:
- Preempt dialogue around creating advocacy through the interactions you have with existing clients. There is simply nothing better than being advocated for through the sincere actions of those you have impacted.
- Better understand your customers, how they are behaving, what they’re likely to do next, and how to influence them with the right value propositions. No Loyalty Program needed.
- Customer Lifecycle, pinpointing where a customer is in this cycle and which are valuable to your individual brand. How do you communicate effectively with dynamic targeting for increased purchase frequency and customer lifetime value.
