Description

Parents, if you’re looking for somewhere fun, educational and free to take your kids over the school holidays…. We know just the destination. Bring them over to Curtin University for a whole lot of jam packed fun in its School Holiday Program!

Bring your little tackers in on Wednesday 27 September for a free Skate Workshop for Beginners from 9.00am – 10.00am. Skateboarding WA will be teaching a variety of tips and tricks that will see your child getting on his/her first board to not wanting to get off! The workshop will be held in the University’s Lower Henderson Court (in front of Building 303). Skateboards and helmets will be provided but of course you can still bring your own if you prefer.

For those who might already have a few tricks up their sleeve, you may be better suited for the Skate Workshop for Intermediates which will be taking place afterwards from 10.00am – 12.00pm.

This is a free, fun and interactive workshop best suited for children between the ages of 7 - 12 years old. Spots will fill fast so make sure you register your place early!

Follow Park yourself at Curtin to stay up to date with what's on including more free events around Curtin’s Bentley campus or contact parkd@curtin.edu.au for specific queries.

Parking is an issue at Curtin so please consider catching public transport. Information on where to park can be found here and we recommend downloading and registering on the Cellopark app before arrival.
