About this Event
This is a cardio session to improve walking and running fitness with hill climbing up Woodgee Street, we do this every Monday and Tuesday.
We will start right on 530am but as we are just going up and down Woodgee Street feel free to join us at any time just for one or two if you like- my new target is 10 many in the group started with just with a short walk up and back, the idea is to challenge yourself and improve slowly at your own pace. Up and back is ideal for that
This will be followed by stretching and mindfulness at the Fred Farmer Park by the Joie De Vie Statue
