What we do
Meet at The Beach Shack
We meet from 5 am and leave at 5:15am
As soon as ten people arrive - that group will leave
Coffee at The Beach Shack
If the weather is poor or you can’t make the walk, run or swim then you are very welcome to join us for ☕️ coffee and or breakfast from 6am
