As women, we expect so much of ourselves on every level and often there is little time left to restore.
This one-day retreat is about you. An invitation to walk mindfully in nature and connect to our senses. Share fresh and delicious food created by Sweetbones cafe and explore inner peace and nature's quiet spaces.
Join a small intimate group of like-minded women for a nurturing day of restorative and dynamic yoga, guided meditation, sensory nature walks and playful journaling.
Enjoy your lunch on the deck or in the natural surrounds overlooking Lake Burley Griffin. Lunch, morning and afternoon tea provided.
And in the late afternoon - special guest aromatherapist Deanne Kalda from Maa Organics will infuse our senses with a signature blend of essential oils.
We will conclude the day with a deep, restorative, relaxation yoga practice to send you home with inspiration and practical tools for new and exciting beginnings. Numbers limited!

Blanket or shawl for meditation and relaxation
Journal and pen
Suitable clothes for yoga, meditation and slow walks
Appropriate shoes for walking
