Join in the conversation with exhibition Curator Barbara Bynder as she discusses Wildflower Dreaming: Shirley Corunna and the Coolbaroo League 1952-1962. The exhibition presents a snapshot of Shirley’s personal journey, following a move from her home in Three Springs in the Wheatbelt region.

Shirley lived and worked in Perth in the 1950s during which time she attended the Coolbaroo League’s weekly Friday night dances. Wildflower Dreaming highlights items from the Westralian Aborigine, the first newspaper in Western Australia owned and published by Aboriginal people.
