DREAM OF WORKING IN AN INCREDIBLE COMPANY CULTURE? YOU NEED THIS EVENT

Challenged transforming your company culture, and not seeing the results long term?

Your company culture is impacting your results

  • Want to do more than simply survive, want to thrive and bring the fun back to your role?
  • Struggling to influence every part of your company to hum in tune with your values?
  • Want to leave a legacy, and take your team and company to another level?

It's time to build the culture you want to have at work every day.

We've hand-selected business leaders who inspire us, and who have walked the path, to share their insights into what it takes to build and maintain high performance company cultures. They will share the mistakes that they made. And the successes they've achieved. And why they put Culture at the top of their strategic agenda.

Our aim is to positively impact 100,000 people through the Summit. Sound ambitious?

Well, maths isn’t my strongest point, but start with all the speakers, partners and attendees. Add to them all the people whose lives they change by simply implementing one key learning from the day. Add on their teams who will then work differently with their colleagues, in turn cascading the effect to their suppliers, and clients, customers. They will in turn tell THEIR teams, clients and customers. Those clients and customers will tell others, buy more, more frequently and more will join them. And everyone will go home in a different state of mind, and interact differently with their families, children, neighbours. Even complete strangers might benefit.

The ripple effect. Let’s make it big.

The cast so far:

Why attend?

Company culture has long been identified as key to business success. Get it right, and you unleash a new level of productivity, creativity, and innovation. Your team love coming to work, and you get to fall back in love with your business.

But few are getting it right. Change management processes don't hit the mark. Leadership training goes some way. Some identify their values and try to adjust their processes to be better aligned. Teambuilding, loyalty rewards and bean bags in the office don't show much return on the investment of time and money.

What is needed is a whole-of-business approach; join our speakers for a day of inspiration, insight and collaboration that will help you take your business and your people, to the next level.
