About the Facilitator:

Charlotta has facilitated global mindsets in over 30 countries on four continents for the past two decades.

She helps people thrive in their global village, by increasing their competence and confidence to interact across cultures. Leading boutique cross-cultural consultancy PRISMA, Charlotta works with organisations nationally and internationally - from Sydney to Singapore to Stockholm. Her recent engagements include Cultural Intelligence keynotes in fields as diverse as astronomy, children’s services and luxury brands, but her main focus is working with public and not-for-profit professionals to support them in their important work for a society where everyone is included.
