Cultural Awareness Training Package (LYCUA001 - LYCUA004)

Lybert's Cultural Awareness Training Package offers a series of interactive face-to-face courses designed to improve cultural awareness in the workplace. The program includes four modules: Understanding Cultural Awareness, Applying Cultural Awareness, Managing Cultural Awareness in Your Teams, and Leading Team Culture Improvement.

Each module equips participants with essential skills to foster an inclusive and respectful work environment. The training covers recognising cultural differences, effective communication strategies, and best practices for team management. Participants engage in practical exercises, discussions, and real-life scenarios to apply their learning effectively.
