Our new Yoga and Wellbeing Classes are completely free of costs to support improved wellbeing and positive mental health after a difficult two years.
Thanks to our support from Australia Post we are offering good people the opportunity to register and join us every Saturday morning between 8:30am and 10:00am for a free class. The sessions will be outside the Culburra Beach Surf Lifesaving Club (grassed beach front area).
All participants need to register online prior to attending. If you are unable to attend, please login and refund your online ticket so that other people can attend and not miss out.
If it's raining, no worries we simply move our yoga sessions indoors to the Culburra Beach Surf Club hall.
