This exclusive Cuisine Discovery Dinner will see you seated in the private dining room of Melbourne’s award-winning Flowerdrum restaurant. Your host for the evening will be Paul Diamond, Publisher of Selector magazine, who will reveal the Cantonese traditions and inspirations behind each dish. And making the evening even more special will be the incredible wine selection, carefully curated to match perfectly with the menu.

Imagine the gorgeous delicacy of abalone paired with a wine of equal elegance. Or Peking duck as you’ve never experienced it, deliciously complemented by Pinot Noir. You’ll savour sumptuously sautéed seafood with crisp whites, while twice cooked Wagyu ribs will be made all the more memorable with their robust red partners.
