Discover exceptional Chinese cuisine delivered with Japanese precision at Sydney’s new signature restaurant CHUUKA.

CHUUKA is a collaboration between two of the country’s most iconoclastic and exciting chefs, Chase Kojima (Sokyo and Kiyomi) and Victor Liong (Melbourne’s Lee Ho Fook), in a venture that has been heralded as an ‘energetic and delicious’ addition to the city's dining scene.

At this special Cuisine Discovery dinner, hosted by Paul Diamond, Publisher, Selector you'll savour a four-course banquet, brought to you from the exceptional team at CHUUKA. And, of course, being a Selector event, each dish will be paired perfectly with a beautiful Australian wines, hand-selected to complement the mouth-watering flavours.
