Got a great idea for a project? Thought about crowd funding but don't know where to start?
NECTAR, the Early Career Academic initiative at ANU, has brought together two experts to share their insights and experiences of using crowd funding to support research projects. This event is open to academic and professional staff and HDR students, but the focus will be on supporting Early Career Academic staff project development.
Mel and Prashan will speak to us about the good and bad of crowd funding, marketing strategies to maximise your chance of success, intellectual property, building relationships with your community, and pitfalls to avoid.
ANU Early Career Academic Staff are also invited to attend an afternoon workshop session, where Mel and Prashan will help individuals develop their project ideas. Register for this session by emailing email@example.com.
