Croquembouche with Jessica Pedemont

In this 6 hour hands-on class you will learn how to make a beautiful Croquembouche from scratch. Jessica Pedemont from Chocolate Artisan will show you how to turn choux pastry into cream-filled profiteroles and how to combine your creations with caramel threads.
This class includes lunch and refreshments.
