About this event

Critical thinking is one of the trickiest aspects of academic writing, and it is about so much more than small sample sizes and gender split imbalances. Reading between the lines of what's been done empirically, and synthesising the evidence that's there (and not there) is critical in forming a cohesive argument. In this workshop I'll explain the different levels of critical thinking, and outline a simple process to make critical thinking a foundational part of your academic writing.
