Critical Reflection: Working with Infants and Toddlers (South)

Critical Reflection: Working with Infants and Toddlers has been developed as part of the Gowrie Australia Theory into Practice Series.This series is a professional learning partnership between Lady Gowrie Organisations located in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and Victoria.
Critical reflection is an important principle within the Early Years Learning Framework and is key to developing high quality infant and toddler programs.
These two evening sessions will focus on:
- Examining the notion of critical reflection
- Discussing the unique traits of children in the 0-2 age group
- Reflecting on some challenging ideas about working with infants
- Examining the concept of children’s rights and how they apply to working with infants and toddlers
These sessions are aimed at educators working with infants and toddlers or with previous experience working with infants and toddlers.
Dates: Wednesday 10th May, 6.30pm - 8.30pm and Thursday 11th May, 6.30pm - 8.30pm (over 2 consecutive evenings)
Cost: $99 (plus GST)
