Description

Crisis Management Breakfast Event

Managing the consequences of high impact disruptions

At one point or another, all organisations will experience a major disruption through no fault of their own. Mismanagement of major disruptions can have catastrophic impacts to brand, reputation and financial viability.

In conjunction with Vicinity Centres, RiskLogic would like to invite you to attend a complimentary executive Crisis Management breakfast event that will focus on Managing the consequences of high impact disruptions. This event will examine the lessons learned in Vicinity’s response to the Essendon DFO Plane Crash - illuminating the critical decision-making processes required to mitigate the negative impacts of the incident. RiskLogic will then flip the incident and highlight how the response must be adapted if the disruption had been caused by the organisation.
