Creativity, craftsmanship and connection: The Willoughby Men’s Shed

By Willoughby City Library

Overview

The ‘Shed’ is a beloved Australian space for making, skill-sharing and connection.

Open to men and women of all ages, the Willoughby Men’s Shed offers a welcoming space to develop skills, exchange ideas and work on personal and community projects.

Join coordinator Nick Ellis for an engaging talk about the Shed. Discover how the workshop brings people together through making and collaboration, with projects from ‘Little Libraries’ to restored furniture, often using recycled materials.

Come along to this special pre-Christmas event and see how the Shed fosters creativity, craftsmanship and connection and perhaps find a little inspiration for your own festive projects!
