Come to the library's in February for a workshop all about creative writing.
‘Everyone has a book in them’ and award winning journalist and communications specialist Kathryn McCarthy will guide participants through getting their's on paper.
During the workshop Kathryn will share tips and tricks from her own experiences of writing poetry, short stories, novels, memoirs and creative non-fiction. So whether you have an idea or maybe have started writing, these workshops will help and inspire you to get your book out.
Bring your lunch – tea and coffee provided.
COVID safety
As NSW reopens, we ask people follow the NSW Government COVID-19 rules and regulations by:
- keeping a safe distance from others
- washing hands thoroughly before and after attending
- using the provided hand sanitiser
- completing mandatory QR check in
- ensuring you are double vaccinated; and
- stay home if unwell.
Terms and conditions
- Your attendance at events supported by Eurobodalla Libraries may be digitally recorded through photographs and/or video recordings. Images may be used for promotional purposes on council’s websites, publications, social media or by newspapers. By attending this session you agree to these terms. If you do not wish your image (or the image of your child) to be published, please notify staff before the event.
- Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. During an event a child’s parent or guardian must remain on the library premises but does not have to be in the event space.
- Bookings are essential and spaces are limited.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow the event to run on time.
