Description

This workshop is a brief introduction to the science behind core meditation. It gives also practical and simple exercises to assist reducing anxiety and depression. It will also improve your breathing.

THIS IS A FREE ONE HOUR WORKSHOP Maximum of 15 participants

This is one of 6 Wellbeing Workshops at the Wyongah Progress Hall as part of The Regional Creative Wellbeing Project
