Suitable for all small businesses, there will be a combination of theory and demonstration using selected software and applications such as Facebook, Canva, Placeit and Mobile Studio.

You will learn to:

• Identify goals and objectives of posts, and improve your management strategies for your social media content

• Identify content selection and balance of content

• About available online resources for developing content

• About scheduling applications and the importance of analysis
