Description

Everyday diet plays a vital role in our mental health. What and how we eat affects our mood and cognition, and can impact on our work life and performance.

At this FREE forum, learn more about:

  • What the evidence says about the benefits of healthy eating on workers mental health
  • How Deakin University is achieving healthy eating change
  • How to practically apply a whole of organisation approach to healthy eating

Our keynote speaker, Tetyana Rocks from the Food & Mood Centre, Deakin University, will highlight the impact food has on our mental health, and provide simple and practical tips to improve worker diets at work and at home for better mental health.

Please forward any dietary requirements to the organisers at: workplacehealth@barwonhealth.org.au
