Event description
Strategies to help leaders create, maintain and develop teams, always with a focus on effective student learning

About this event

This webinar acknowledges the constraints of culture and context and provides selected scenarios for participants to examine and discuss. Working collaboratively teams can use their experience and ideas to create shared actions for their school. We will also consider how best to deal with institutional or individual resistance by focussing on shared values and shared goals. Participants at this workshop can be experienced leaders, leaders new to their role or prospective leaders at all levels within a school.
