Event description

Description

Are you working in a lacklustre team where intentions and values are misaligned, and misunderstandings and poor communication are the norm? Do you long to be part of a team that operates from a place of trust, where a high level of self and collective awareness makes flow seem effortless?

Join us for a unique workshop on the discipline of team learning where you will gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be part of a team whose members act as if they are one.

In this highly interactive session, our facilitator will take participants through the stages of developing the ability to hold dialogue that builds empathy and shared meaning in communicating. This includes the importance of suspending assumptions and judgements which facilitates inquiry that creates insights.

Participants will learn about extending their personal vision to build a collective vision as a way of accelerating team learning and performance. Through the lens of systems thinking, participants will gain an understanding of how to address systemic problems by looking at the structure rather than at personalities and leadership styles.
