Wearable Art with Powertex by Ashley Hay
Join Ashley as she presents this exciting workshop in which you will explore a range of innovative techniques for creating extravagant sculptural form and incredible textures in wearable art, using the Powertex medium.
During this full day workshop you will experiment with form and texture to create a wearable art piece for part of the body, using Powertex liquid sculpting medium, wire, cane, paper, alfoil & masking tape. Come along and be inspired... get hands on and go home armed with ideas!!! All materials included.
Attendance entitles participants to a BONUS 2 hour “assembly” session on Sunday 30th October, from 1pm-3pm, designed especially for those who would like help ‘putting it all together’.
Ashley is an Australian artist who has extensive experience working with Powertex and Mixed Media. Her wearable art is highly sculptural with beautiful form and uses unique, interesting techniques.
