Creating Resilience, Awareness, Friendship and Teamwork (CRAFT) | Coogee
Overview
This 2 day program is designed to support teens to manage their own wellbeing when someone close to them is struggling with their mental health. teens will explore emotions and develop skills for self-care and managing stressful situations.
This event includes a day trip excursion to Hoyts Fremantle on Thursday 22nd Jan.
9.00am pick up from Coogee Community Hall to movies and lunch. Pick up at 2pm from Fremantle

Who
Young people aged 12-14 who have a family member or a friend living with a mental health challenge.
