Event description

Description

Building high performance teams is often seen as the holy grail of leadership excellence. But what does building a high performance team really mean, how can you make it more than a buzz word, and how is it really done?

In this lunch and learn we'll discuss:

-The factors required for a high-performance work team
-Creating a deep sense of purpose and commitment to the team's members and to the mission
-Creating an understanding of responsibilities that drive accountability and ownership
-The types of teams that organizations establish to achieve specific work goals and what works best
-Building complementary diversity and inclusivity into the fabric of a team
-What to do when it all goes wrong

As we know, textbook strategies don't always translate to perfect local solutions. Digital Talent Co. is providing a forum to share team leadership experiences, insights tips and tricks with fellow Brisbane-based employers.
