Event description

Description

Join us for this rare opportunity to hear from internationally renowned industry experts and local graziers.

Kit Pharo is a renowned speaker and presenter with his ‘Herd Quitter’ seminars. Kit coined the term to refer to people who have enough courage to break away from the status-quo, herd-mentality way of thinking. Kit also runs the Pharo Cattle Company in Eastern Colorado, an internationally renowned stud business, with his wife Deanna. Early in their cattle business, they discovered that increasing production wasn’t nearly as important as increase profits, and there was a very poor correlation between production and profit. In order to become more profitable, Kit & Deanna had to become ‘herd quitters’.

David McLean, is a sought-after educator, consultant, facilitator and public speaker across Australia with RCS. He has high-level hands-on experience in practical application of RCS principles via starting as a RCS client on a north Queensland cell grazing and breeder operation. His analytical skills and broad skill set put him at ease everywhere from the boardroom to paddock.

Bart Davidson, MaiaGrazing & agronomist. Bart has a broad range of experience working across cropping, horticulture and grazing with a focus on understanding soils and plants. Bart is a sought after speaker here and internationally due to his extensive knowledge on improving soil productivity.

Stuart Austin, Wilmot Cattle Co. Stuart manages a successful operation at Wilmot and believes in a profitable regenerative agriculture management model and manages the property in this manner.
