The focus of this workshop is service - defining your 'Unique Selling Points' (USP's) and indentifying the customer expectations of your business.
We will discuss a service delivery strategy that aligns with the identified USP's, customer expectations and the strategic direction of your business.
Please arrive at 5:45pm for a 6:00pm start. We will finish at 8:30pm.
