These sessions will provide you with the knowledge, skills, experience and a blueprint you can easily replicate to create highly targeted, successful digital marketing campaigns. Each session is broken down into easily digestible chunks with lots of learning, practical exercises and some fun activities to get your creative juices flowing. You'll gain new marketing skills each week which you can use in your business before the next session.
You'll leave walk the final session having planned your first successful digital marketing campaign from start to finish.
When you complete all three sessions, you'll also receive a subscription to a video tutorial suite that provides practical advice on a range of digital tools.
This 9-hour series is delivered over three sessions across three weeks. Your registration covers all three sessions:
- Session 1: Tuesday 4 May 2021 | 10am - 1pm;
- Session 2: Tuesday 11 May 2021 | 10am - 1pm;
- Session 3: Tuesday 18 May 2021 | 10am - 1pm.

- Understanding direct response marketing;
- Targeting the right prospects;
- Discovering why some ads work and others don't.
Session two:
- How to write great ads and sales copy.
Session three:
- Understanding which digital platforms best suit your business;
- Getting the most out of your ads and SEO performance.
This topic is suitable for new or existing business owners with a product or service to sell who are either planning an online marketing campaign or have tried with little success.
The facilitator for this topic, That Web Company, helps small business owners cut through all the confusing digital marketing jargon with a simple, step-by-step approach to creating successful digital marketing campaigns that provide a return on investment.
This session is presented by the SBDC, the only agency in the Western Australian Government dedicated to helping small business. In fact, we've been providing practical support to small business owners for more than 30 years.

You are limited to two tickets per booking (you can of course make more than one booking).
We will be emailing you with important information on how to find workshop locations and what you need to bring, if it is a face-to-face event. If you are attending an online workshop, you will receive instructions and a link on how to join, as well as important information to ensure your device is suitable. Therefore, if you are booking for more than one person, please ensure you provide each person's email address.

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the workshop starts. Even for free sessions we would appreciate you cancelling if you cannot attend so another small business owner can take your place. For paid sessions, refunds are not available within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.

Please check your computer's suitability for online workshops, including its sound quality, browser, internet bandwidth, speed, and video plugins (if required) before the start of the online workshop session. We recommend a camera and microphone capabilities to interact with online workshops.
Our online workshops are live, interactive sessions, similar to the format of our face-to-face sessions. For this reason, there is a limited number of tickets per session so our presenters can adequately interact with, and respond to, attendees. Recordings of these live sessions are not available if you do not attend the live event time.
