Event description

Description

When you plant the native plant species that wildlife depend on, you create habitat and begin to restore your local environment. Adding water sources, nesting boxes, and other habitat features enhances the habitat value of your garden to wildlife.

In this workshop you will learn how to create a range of habitats to attract local insects, birds and wildlife into your urban garden. You'll learn all the basics of how to set up and look after a native garden. Suitable for anyone with little or some gardening knowledge.

These sustainable workshops are funded by Campbelltown City Council with the goal of increasing environmental stewardship within the Campbelltown community.
