Description

How does electricity work? Why does static electricity zap me? What makes a motor turn?

Learn all about types of circuits, resistors, diodes, motors as we put them all together to makes interesting circuits that do really cool things. We’ll also investigate electrical and magnetic fields and how your body can conduct electricity – a truly “hair-raising” experience!

This course is run by Fizzics Education and is presented by a science educator.

Age: 7+ years

Times: 9am-12pm

Venue: The Learning Centre in the Education Precinct, off Dickens Drive, Centennial Park

Price: $45

To make up a full day program, simply book the corresponding morning or afternoon activity on the same day. Fizzics Staff will provide a supervised lunch break from 12.00 noon–1.00 pm (BYO lunch) and transition your child to the afternoon activity. This program is complemented in the afternoon with Natural Disasters.

Children to wear old clothes and bring a hat, sunscreen, water bottle and a snack (no peanut traces).
