Due to the success of the first one, Essential Ingredient is hosting another butter making presentation with Pepe Saya, Alexandra Olsson and John Fairley

In this unique 1.5 hour session, you will sit with a glass of wine, learn and be inspired by 3 Australian producers and how they work together to create the amazing Pepe Saya Cultured Butter

John Fairley from Country Valley Dairy, Alexandra Olsson from Olsson Salt and Mr Pepe Saya himself will take you into their world of farming, cultivating and showcasing the process of making butter where everyone has a go at making turning cream into butter!

Included- A glass of wine, some nibbles and a take home goody bag with Olsson’s Sea Salt Flakes 250gm, Pepe Saya Cultured Butter 225gm and a wooden butter paddle
