Description

CPD – Scope Creep

Buildings and the processes we use to design them are both incredibly complex and susceptible to blowouts. We all know that managing scope creep is a difficult challenge, but what tools and insights are there to help us keep our fees and our clients’ budgets in check?

In this CPD, we will explore ways to help you better charge for services outside your fee base and keep your clients’ scope and budget on track.

Presenters:

  • Karen Alcock, MAArchitects

Karen has 20 years experience working on multi residential and award winning housing projects.
Karen established MAA after 10 years working as a director of Neometro Architects. Karen places a strong emphasis on the critical role of design in architectural practice, in addition to a strong design focus, Karen also brings to the practice strengths in project delivery and practice management.

  • Geoffrey Moyle Principal, Cost Planner FAIQS
