Details

• 1 FREE class for beginners trying out.
• Cost: $20 per class. Payable through the shop, bank transfer or cash.
• Bring a water bottle
• Wear sunscreen
• All students will need to check in
• Do not come to training if you are feeling unwell.
• Bring your weapons (ken & jo - I will also have the dojo weapons with me, if you need to use them. We will wipe them down and disinfect them)
• You do not need to wear full gi, or even a belt. Please wear comfy clothes, such as shorts, trackies or gi pants & t-shirt.
