An overview of what it means to be a young woman who treats herself with care & respect. A space to feel connected to other women & explore ways we can live that lead us towards self acceptance & living a life of loving kindness towards ourselves & others .

Megan Simpson has great passion for supporting young women see their worth, own their worth & take their worth out into the world. She is a strong advocate for 'women supporting women'. She brings to these workshops a sense of belonging & also a sense of humour, which helps participants relax into the learning & take all they can from the wisdom shared.
