Take it all off cherubs (mask included!) because life drawing is finally back! It’s a new season of chips, dips, nips & tips! Welcome to brand new look Council Street Life Drawing - now in a new location!

With mulled wine soaked hearts, we unknowingly said goodbye to our beautiful Council Street studio during COVID-19. One garage door closes, and another opens! Our new space has kindly been donated by my long-time love (and even longer pain in my ass) - best friend - whose opening up her doors to welcome in our ramshackle community!

The *new* Berry Street space is opening for our Autumn/Winter instalment of CSLD to host life drawing sessions to continue to warmly embrace the shittest of artists, the clumsiest of models, and the loudest of hosts. All equipment is supplied so all you need to bring is that sassy little butt of yours ready to scribble and chat! Each session we have a selection of home made dips and other snackables snacks, and delicious drinks all included in the ticket price! This term we will be serving amazing wine made by our friends from Kettle of Fish (@kettleoffishwine) made on a winery on Loddon river, up near Bendigo.

Whether you're classically trained in the style of 'stick figure drawing', critically acclaimed as 'fucking shit at drawing' or actually pretty brill - it's just a fun, week night to sit back with a glass of mulled wine (or bubbly water), do something a little creative and meet some cute peachy peeps who have also decided to veto watching Netflix on the same night as you. BYO moonshine, any crazy whack art supplies you want to play with (no bodily fluids soz) and a cute attitude. Our #1 focus at CSLD is body positive and to normalise nudity (#2 is dancing to Kylie).
