About this event
The purpose of this program is to give participants a greater awareness and understanding of the responsibilities and accountabilities required in fulfilling their role in Council via an introduction to the governance framework and key policies and procedures.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- understand Council’s Governance framework and how it functions
- understand how this translates into responsibilities and accountabilities in your role
- apply the principles, policies and procedures as part of your role in Council.
