WITH ONLY A FEW DAYS TO GO & DUE TO OVERWHELMING SUPPORT, WE ARE THRILLED TO ANNOUNCE CORNUCOPIA HAS EXPANDED & UPGRADED THE PARTIES ON 30 & 31 DEC TO THE FABULOUS EAGLE HEIGHTS MOUNTAIN RESORT ON DYAMBRIN (TAMBORINE MOUNTAIN, GOLD COAST), COMPLETE WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS OF SURFERS PARADISE & THE PACIFIC OCEAN!

CORNUCOPIA is a fab, fun, safe & incLusive two-night LGBTQ community cultural, spiritual, dance, performance & electronic music festival experience with camping plus indoor accommodation available. Featuring DJs FRADGE, YALDA B2B GREGORIA, GUY GREY, BOLT & HECTOPASCAL, celebrating NYE & togetherness into 2021 on beautiful & magickal Tamborine Mountain @ with camping @ the expansive Tamborine Mountain Sport & Recreation Centre (TMSC) & parties just a short shuttle bus trip up the road @ the magnificent Eagle Heights Mountain Resort (EHMR) amongst lush gardens overlooking mystical Tamborine Creek Reserve with views to the Pacific Ocean. Join us.

IMPORTANT INFO:

Please arrive to check-in to TMSC after midday on 30 Dec until 5pm to park vehicle (if applicable) and receive your wristband and set up camp (unpowered only). Parking and camping is included in the ticket price for the whole duration of the event, with added limited indoor accommodation also available by contacting the EHMR directly on 07 5545 3388.

Only those wearing wristbands will be permitted to be on-site at TMSC and EHMR for the duration of the festival. Wristband-wearers are permitted to freely leave and return to the TMSC camping site until 6pm 31 Dec when the doors will close and everyone present will be transported by bus to the nearby EHMR for NYE festivities. Anyone on site at the TMSC or EHMR at any time without a valid wristband will be asked to leave by our LGBTQ-friendly security.

Amongst the fun and frivolity, a variety of activities inspired by wholehearted offerings at radical faery gatherings across the globe will be on offer throughout Cornucopia, including a very special opening ceremony at the EHMR featuring a pagan-esque ritual led by Moonshine (Paul Walker) celebrating the full moon in Cancer just after moonrise at 7pm on 30 Dec to get the party started. Fabulous DJs FRADGE, YALDA B2B GREGORIA and GUY GREY will then keep the party going with a full bar available right up until midnight after which buses will transport everyone back to the TMSC to rest quietly.

The next day on 31 Dec activities on offer that you may desire include a yoga session, a heart circle, plus a local guided rainforest walk in one of the enchanted nearby sections of Tamborine Mountain National Park. Or take the time to go and explore the mountain and all it offers by yourself or with friends!

At 6pm the next evening  on NYE buses will again transport you to an amazing seven hour dance party from 7pm to 2am at EHMR, featuring even more stunning audiovisuals including full colour lasers and special effects again with GUY GREY then BOLT and culminating in a special extended five hour set by brilliant local HECTOPASCAL to take you into 2021 on a high note, amongst friends old and new! Once again, at 2am buses will be provided to transport you back to TMSC for the rest of the night.

Cornucopia is a strictly 18+ event that complies with current Queensland covid-safe regulations. It is also a sustainable event that encourages and facilitates recycling and offsets carbon emissions by financially supporting local native revegetation initiative Landcare Tamborine Mountain. Please de-camp and check-out from TMSC by 2pm at the latest on NYD (or stay on as a guest of EHMR).
