- Sessions will ensure you feel confident in meeting your practice competencies for registration, and cover complex topics related to practice.
Description
Working in mental health can be highly rewarding but also demanding. This small group supervision session focuses on strategies to manage stress, maintain resilience, and prevent burnout. Through reflective discussion and practical exercises, participants will explore how to sustain their wellbeing while providing high-quality client care.
Participants will reflect on personal and professional stressors, learn evidence-based coping strategies, and develop proactive plans to maintain work-life balance and psychological health in challenging clinical environments.

Your Supervisor: Twinkle Garg
Twinkle is an experienced Registered Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor. She is passionate about working with children, adolescents, adults, families and parents. Twinkle also has a special interest in the area of neurodiversity.
