Session Testimonial
"I found this workshop to be equally as informative and educational as it was compassionate and nurturing. Milly has a beautiful way of making everyone's unique and individual experiences of the same types of traumas feel normal and accepted. Milly also has a way of making you feel she is on your level, sharing personal stories and giving real world language to topics and experiences that, when delivered from some other facilitators, can appear too clinical or with a feeling of superiority. I left this workshop not only with some new science backed information and understanding of my own past experiences, but also with some practical tools to use for self regulation and ideas for further therapy and healing. I would absolutely recommend this workshop to anyone who is looking to deepen their journey of self, and gain some insight into how to take tangible steps toward healthier healing" ~Anonymous
