Description

A five week course to introduce the practice of mindfulness.

Each week you will be sampling different mindfulness experiences to help you work out how best to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life.

Discover how mindfulness can help you unhook from negative thought patterns and manage difficult emotions like anxiety, stress and depression.

Mindfulness can also help you manage chronic pain.

Your life will be enhanced and transformed as you learn to embrace and live consciously in the 'here and now'.

About the course

Each session will run for 90 minutes

The class size is kept small (max 14 people) to allow plenty of space and time to answer questions and share experiences

The course is graduated so each week the experience is deepened.

It includes a wide variety of exercises including mindfulness of eating, walking and everyday activities.

There are sitting exercises but the focus is on understanding how mindfulness can be incorporated into our everyday lives.
